| book description |
This book focuses on bolted conical-cylindrical shells in aero-engine thin-walled structures, investigating their nonlinear dynamic behavior under extreme service conditions. It innovatively establishes an accurate mechanical model for bolt connections, systematically analyzing complex interface contact states (stick, slip, separation) and their nonlinear effects on stiffness, damping, and frictional energy dissipation, addressing critical gaps in the field. The scope extends to vibration characteristics of spinning shells (cylindrical/conical-cylindrical/spherical–cylindrical–conical) under thermal environments, emphasizing traveling wave motion induced by high-speed spin and thermo-mechanical coupling. Targeting researchers and engineers in aerospace engineering, the book balances theoretical rigor and practical application.Â
