| book description |
Entrepreneurship for Caribbean Students is an essential textbook for both students and teachers of Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE). The text mirrors the Entrepreneurship syllabus and facilitates a holistic learning as well as teaching experience. Seemingly difficult concepts are presented in an easy-to-read manner without the jargon usually found in business textbooks. Each chapter features an initial outline of objectives and learning outcomes; the key terms and concepts as well as chapter summaries. Students and Teachers will also appreciate the section dedicated to completing the School Based Assessment (SBA) component of the examination. The text is rounded out with questions and cases for students to test the application of entrepreneurial skills learnt; as well as a glossary explaining difficult terms and a list of references for each chapter so students can extend their reading on the subject. The collaborating authors are all experienced teachers of entrepreneurship and bring together a wealth of experience in entrepreneurship development and training.
