European Law (London), Wirtschaftsjurist (Univ. Bayreuth) ist Inhaber des Lehrstuhls für Staats- und Verwaltungsrecht, Europarecht, Europäisches und Internationales Wirtschaftsrecht an der Universität Passau. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen im europäischen und internationalen Wirtschaftsrecht und im Europarecht. Markus P. Beham ist Privatdozent für Öffentliches Recht, Völkerrecht, Europarecht und Grundlagen des Rechts an der Universität Passau und lehrt zudem an den Universitäten Graz und Wien. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen im öffentlichen Recht in seinen europäischen und internationalen Dimensionen sowie in der alternativen Streitbeilegung. Patrick Abel ist Habilitand und akademischer Rat a.Z. an der Universität Passau sowie Max Weber Fellow am Europäischen Hochschulinstitut, Florenz. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte liegen im europäischen und internationalen Wirtschafts- und Umweltrecht sowie im deutschen und europäischen Verfassungsrecht.
