Es stellt sich deshalb die Frage nach einer sachgerechten rechtlichen Einordnung. Entscheidende Bedeutung kommt dabei der Frage zu, ob komplexe Gewebe Organe im Sinne des Transplantationsgesetzes darstellen und ob somit die Organvorschriften dieses Gesetzes anwendbar sind.
