Diese Arbeit problematisiert die unterschiedlichen Begründungs- und Rechtfertigungsstrategien dieses theoretischen Geltungsanspruches in den Sozial- und Kulturwissenschaften. Thematisiert werden die sozial- und begriffsrealistischen und -ontologischen Voraussetzungen der Argumente «evidenter» Sachhaltigkeit, «definitiver» Begründung und «legitimer» Geltung und die semantisch-logischen Regeln der «Setzung», «Begründung», «Geltung» und «Rechtfertigung» sozialer «Gegenstände». Ziel der Untersuchung ist es, erkenntniskritische Fragestellungen für eine metakritische Präzisierung sozial- und kulturwissenschaftlicher Grundlagen fruchtbar zu machen.
