Damit hängt die weitere Fragestellung zusammen, ob die fremden Rechtsvorstellungen auch die bisher als genuin national vorgestellten Teile der Kodifikation beeinflussen oder ob sich die fremden Implantate trennscharf unterscheiden lassen und möglicherweise sogar ein Dasein als Fremdkörper führen.
