The annual International Scientific Applied Conference ""Problems of Emergency Situations"" is organized by the National University of Civil Defence of Ukraine (Ukraine, Kharkiv). This year, the representatives from the Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture (Ukraine, Odessa) were involved as partners.
