| book description |

Through the eyes of Daniel, the youngest resident of 311 Ditchling Road, we explore his family home and share his journey from childhood to adolescence. Daniel's day-to-day existence of TV, family get-togethers and domestic chores is slowly eroded by domestic dramas, illness and death. We join Daniel on 'secret missions' into areas of the house he is not supposed to be, as he eavesdrops on his family and noses through their things. He is an observer of the experiences of everyday life: too young to engage with dramas playing out within the walls of his home but unavoidably affected by them.
