Drawing on archetypal doctrine and Carl Gustav Jung's theory of the collective unconscious, the author demonstrates that citizens' legal behavior is shaped not merely by fear of legal sanctions, but is deeply rooted in the psychological, cultural, and mythological structures of societies.Adopting a comparative approach, the study explores the legal systems of Iran and selected European countries with particular attention to the formation of legal consciousness, cultures of law abidance, and the relationship between the individual and the legal order. It argues that the stability of legal order in contemporary societies depends less on the expansion of legislation than on the extent to which law is internalized within the collective unconscious of citizens.This work offers an innovative and analytical resource for scholars and students of law, legal philosophy, sociology of law, and interdisciplinary studies, and opens new perspectives on understanding the relationship between collective psychology and legal order.
