Der hier vorliegende Text beschaeftigt sich mit den aesthetischen Theorien Theodor Adornos und Jacques Derridas. Der erste Teil der Arbeit untersucht Derridas Dissemination und Adornos Aesthetische Theorie in bezug auf deren Angaben zur Aesthetik. Im zweiten Teil der Arbeit geht es dann um die Anwendungen dieser Theorien, wobei Adornos Essays ueber Stefan George und Derridas Text zur Lyrik Paul Celans, Schibboleth, diakritisch ueberprueft werden. Auf der Basis dieses Vergleiches werden dann die jeweiligen Positionen und Probleme beider Ansaetze kritisch in Relation zueinander gesetzt. Diese Analyse bedingt den anschliessenden notwendigen Versuch, Derridas textimmanenten Ansatz einer gesellschaftstheoretischen Philosphie Adorno'scher Praegung zuzufuehren.
