This leads to the creation of the four main characters, Tiaan, Zane, Bongani and Liezl's band, Suurlmoen. Zane is the trouble magnet who is very spontaneous and also falls in love very quickly. Bongani is a character who takes no nonsense at all and manages the band like she plays the drums â€“ strong and sure. Liezl is the smart and beautiful girl with the golden voice that knocks Tiaan and Zane's feet out from under them. Tiaan is slightly shy with a romantic streak and a passion for photos and Post-It Stickers. Together with Frik Venter, who occasionally wants to thwart the band, the two DJs at the school radio station and the four friends' different views on life, the reader is taken on a humorous and enjoyable musical journey full of intrigue.
