As well as considering oil and gas regulation, we also continue to track developments in the key decarbonisation technologies relevant to the oil and gas sector, such as clean hydrogen and carbon capture and storage, in the jurisdictions covered by this Guide. This Guide follows a practical Q&A format, which allows for easy navigation of the many different facets of oil and gas regulation, and facilitates comparing and contrasting specific areas in different jurisdictions.
